I’m so excited to recap our little getaway to the Surf & Sand Resort in Laguna Beach! As you all can see by these photos, the hotel is incredible. With breathtaking views, friendly staff & amazing food, we had the best time. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Southern California, I highly recommend checking this one out. We had Kannon with us & he loved it just as much as we did. We honestly never wanted to leave but then again, who can blame us!?

Splashes Restaurant: This is the restaurant located in the hotel. I had the pleasure of eating here for breakfast, lunch & dinner (not in a row :)) I loved every meal & if you are in the area, go stop in for a meal overlooking the ocean or lunch by the pool. The Belgian Waffle for breakfast was so good & I’m still daydreaming over the nachos I ate by the pool. Dinner is just absolutely incredible, Chef David Fune is insanely talented & I love his approach to imaginative & healthy food.

Aquaterra Spa: The spa might have been my favorite part of the whole trip. I went in for the Body Buff 90 minute treatment & it consisted of a full body scrub, a full body massage & a hot oil scalp massage. That may have been the best spa treatment I’ve ever had! I also enjoyed the jacuzzi & steam room after to relax even further & I loved every second of the whole experience.

Soul Project: I had the opportunity to head across the street & check out this amazing shop (& make custom tote bags with a photo that I took myself!) that has the coolest concept that you guys can read all about Here

Sapphire Laguna: We took a short stroll down the street to eat at Sapphire & I was blown away by the food. They have such an eclectic menu with foods from all around the world. Here are some of my favorites: Hong Kong Style Salt & Pepper Shrimp, Ricotta Gnocchi & for dessert, the Banana’s Foster Bread Pudding was amazing!

We honestly had the best trip to Laguna Beach & the Surf & Sand Resort. It was perfect in every way & we can’t wait to go back again one day!
