I’m clapping like a weirdo because Kannon climbed the steps by himself, turned on the shower at the top of the steps & rinsed off the sand on his feet haha. My baby is growing up way too fast!!!

We fell in love with Laguna Beach the past few days & I’m so excited to share our trip with you guys! We took these photos directly outside of the hotel we stayed at, the Surf & Sand Resort which sits right on this beautiful stretch of the beach. We arrived Monday afternoon & after checking into our room, went straight to the beach. You guys know Kannon is obsessed with the beach & he was literally in heaven because he had the beach right outside. While the boys played at the beach, I went upstairs & got ready for dinner. We ate dinner at the restaurant Splashes, which is located on the lower level of the hotel, overlooking the water. I’m still dreaming about that dinner guys.. It honestly was incredible! My favorites were the Crisp Brussel Sprouts & the John Dory (a white fish served over asparagus risotto) but everything that I tried was delicious. The chef David Fune focuses on creative, healthy dishes & definitely knows what he is doing! If you’re ever in the Laguna Beach area, I highly recommend you stop in because you will not be disappointed!
