My Go-To Holiday Makeup Look

My Go-To Holiday Makeup Look

‘Tis the season for a holiday glam makeup look, and I like to have a little fun with my makeup this time of year. I mean, who doesn’t love a little sparkle and a moody lip? So. whether you have a holiday party to attend this year or just want to freshen up your date night look, I’m sharing some of my go-to products for a festive and fun makeup look.

Before going in with foundation, I like to apply a few of these bronzing drops to give my skin some color and glow – it looks beautiful under foundation or even on its own. For a night out or when I want full coverage, my favorite foundation is the IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream. It gives you a flawless complexion and stays put all day and night, especially after setting it with the this Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder. I also like using this concealer under the eye area or anywhere I need a bit more coverage. For bronzer and highlight, this duo stick is creamy and super easy to apply. I absolutely love the finish and it gives you that ‘lit from within’ dewy look! I’m also a huge fan of this blush palette because both colors are stunning and perfect for all seasons.

When it comes to the eyes, I like to do something a bit more bold than my everyday look. I love a warm eyeshadow look, and this eyeshadow palette has the best warm tones – plus, it’s only $3 so it’s super affordable! After blending out my eyeshadow, I like to top it with this Laura Mercier Caviar Stick for more shimmer. I love that it’s a stick eyeshadow so you get the glimmer without all the fallout! Then, for the lashes I like to use this Lancome mascara – I love this mascara because you can achieve dramatic lashes without them clumping which is a win, win! I keep things pretty simple with my brows – this brow pencil and brow gel are a great duo (and you can get them both for under $6)! Lastly, for the lips I’ve been loving this Nudestix lip pencil in the shade Mystic which is a light brown with pink undertone – my definite go-to shade for the fall and winter months. I topped it with the Tower 28 Lip Jelly in the shade Cashew to tie the whole look together.

You could easily wear this makeup look to a holiday party, dinner or evening event – I’d love to know what plans you have this holiday season!
