The weekend before we moved to NYC, we were lucky enough to have a weekend getaway at the Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara. I’m still dreaming about our stay & can’t wait to go back someday. The weather was perfect, the property was beautiful, the spa was luxurious & we ate the most amazing food all weekend long! If you’re looking to take a trip this Spring, check this place out because it will not disappoint. I’m going to break down everything we did & tell you all about my favorites below so keep on scrolling to read all about our trip!
*The Room:
We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa overlooking the golf course & it was absolutely beautiful. From the clean aesthetic of the decor to the beautiful rolling greens, it was glorious. The whole setup was one that made us never want to go home.
*The Service:
I honestly was blown away by how accommodating every member of the Aviara staff was! Not only were they willing to help in anyway possible, they were incredibly kind to our 2 year old, Kannon. It’s rare that you find an entire community of people that are that sweet to toddlers. Most places look down on bringing children & I was beyond relieved to see Kannon interacting with everyone at the resort! Plus, they have THE most amazing place for kids to hangout called, Club 760. They have Wii’s, puzzles, books, cars, movies & more to entertain kids of all ages. Kannon was in heaven!
*The Spa:
Who doesn’t love a relaxing day at the spa? The Driftwood Spa offers a plethora of services & the environment is very relaxing. I received the Mother to Be massage & I loved it. I also loved the products they sold. I bought a coconut Argan oil spray for my growing belly & have been using it everyday since! I can’t wait to go back & try out their different services when I’m not pregnant!
*The Food:
I think the food was my favorite part.. & that’s not just because I’m pregnant! We ordered room service both mornings as well as lunch one of the afternoons & everything we got was delicious. Here are my favorites from In Room Dining- Fresh juices (the orange & the green were my favorites), Buttermilk Pancakes with berries baked inside, Protein Power Smoothie, Grilled Cheese B.A.T. (We got it without the bacon).
*Seasons Restaurant:
This restaurant deserves its own category because it was THAT good!! They serve farm-to-table cuisine & literally every single thing we tried here was incredible! The menu changes with the seasons but trust me when I say, EVERYTHING is amazing. If I could eat here for dinner every single night of my life, I would!
I hope you guys enjoyed this little recap of our trip. Sorry it took so long to get it up for you all. With being so sick & then the big move to NYC, life was a bit hectic for a while. I’m so excited to be back blogging full time though & I can’t wait to create a ton of new content! Let me know if there is anything specific you want to see & I’ll get working on it 🙂
