When thinking back on this year, I instantly think of the many changes that occurred and how I managed to stay sane through it all. I’m going to be completely honest with you guys, some days were hard and ended in tears (I’m blaming pregnancy hormones for most of those days though ;)).
Most days were wonderful though and full of adventures with my favorite people. Those adventures will be remembered for a long time to come and will forever be some of my favorite memories. This year was one of the most eventful years of my life and I’m grateful for every experience. Whether they were good or hard, each and every experience helped me grow as an individual.
To be honest though, I don’t think I would have made it through this past year so graciously if it weren’t for my husband, Adam. When thinking about this entire past year (and the past seven and a half years), there was never a moment that he wasn’t there for me. From the many trips to the store for ice chips when I was so sick from pregnancy, to the many times I was homesick in NYC and he managed to put a smile on my face. So, I hope this doesn’t embarrass you babe but I’m dedicating this post to you! 🙂
I’m so unbelievably thankful to have you by my side. There are so many moments that I just sit back and think about how lucky I am to have you as my forever, my partner in crime and the best daddy to our two little boys. Our life together has been full of ups & downs, as most people’s lives are but I wouldn’t want to do this thing called “life” without you by my side. I hope you loved the Hallmark Signature card that I chose for you (& the fact that it doubles as a Christmas ornament!). I loved seeing your face light up when I gave it to you!
Thank you for encouraging me daily to pursue the things I love and am passionate about. Without your help and encouragement, I might have never had the courage to start this blog. You’re the best photographer and videographer a girl could ever wish for and you’re SO much more than an “instagram husband”. 🙂
