Happy October! It’s starting to finally feel like fall, and I’m excited to update my closed with some of this season’s latest trends. While I’m a huge fan of sweater weather, boots, and shackets, there are a few other fall trends that I’m looking forward to wearing. So, here are the five trends that are making their way into my wardrobe this season…
Cable Knit Pieces
While oversized sweaters are nothing new, I’m excited about the cable knit take on these classics. Cable knit sweaters are so cozy and look great paired with some jeans and booties.
Tailored Sets
If you’re looking for some updated workwear, then tailored sets are it! They would be perfect for the office, but can also be worn more casually with some sneakers. Or, pair it with some heels for the ultimate date night look.
Sweater Vests
Sweater vests are not only trending, but they’re super versatile as well. They can be worn on their own which is great for those warmer days, or can be paired with a turtleneck underneath when the temps are chillier.
Cutouts
Cutouts were huge this spring and summer, but they haven’t stopped there. Now, you can find cutout sweaters, knit dresses, and long sleeve tops. I love cutouts because they add a bit of interest and edge to your outfit.
Saturated Colors
While neutrals make great everyday basics, I’m excited to mix in some bright, bold saturated colors into the mix. Bright pink, cobalt, and emerald green are among some of the colors dominating the runways, and I’m not mad about it!
