This past week was so much fun! With the warm weather & having my parents in town, we were constantly out & about doing things. Unfortunately though, I think I might have overdone it a little bit because I took a little trip to the hospital yesterday (my doctor was on call & wanted me to come in). I was having some contractions as well as pressure, cramping & lower back pain so they wanted to make sure I wasn’t in preterm labor. Everything is alright though! Baby boy is just really low already, measuring over 3 weeks ahead in size & I’m a bit low on fluid. So I’ve been told to take it easy for a little while & let things calm down. Which is very hard now that the weather here in NYC is finally feeling like Spring! But I’m going to be walking a lot less & taking more cars to make sure this baby boy makes it to full term!
On to this look though! We went to an event this past week with my parents & it was the perfect excuse to get dressed up a bit. I love this black lace up dress paired with these over the knee boots! I threw on this white vest to break up the all black look & while this vest is old, I still love that it makes a look layered without adding too much on a warmer day/night. I’ll never get sick of a classic black & white look 🙂
