Finnair Reviews: Jet-Setting with Finnair

Finnair Reviews: Jet-Setting with Finnair

I’m back with another travel post and today I’m super excited to share my recent (okay it’s been many months now but here we are :))  flying experience jet-setting with Finnair from the bustling Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Now, let me tell you, this journey was a real game-changer! Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect when booking this flight as I had never heard of Finnair previously. I scoured the internet for Finnair reviews beforehand because I was a bit hesitant. But, Finnair truly swept me off my feet! The whole flight exuded sophistication, making it a journey to remember for all of us.

Okay, let me tell you a little secret – I always do my homework before flying, and boy, did it pay off! I triple checked ahead of time that all of our luggage fit the standards for Finnair. This is truly one of the most important processes leading up to your trip because if you don’t have the correct luggage size, you might run into issues at the airport. All of the planning made the check-in process at LAX smooth as silk, and we were all set in no time, ready to embark on our adventure.

Now, I’m all about comfort when I travel. And let me tell you, Finnair gets it! The Airbus A350 was like stepping into a luxury hotel in the sky. Even in economy class, there was so much room to stretch out – perfect for my tall hubby who is 6 feet 3 inches! Oh, and let’s not forget, their Premium Economy with 6 inches of extra space looked phenomenal. And if you want to experience next-level privacy, their Business Class has you covered with full-flat seating and other luxuries that would definitely be worth the uprgrade

Whether I’m traveling alone or with my children, nothing excites me more than having a personal screen loaded with fantastic entertainment options. Finnair nailed it! Their in-flight entertainment selection was pure magic, catering to all tastes. We all were entertained from take-off to touch-down! And that’s saying a lot considering we had a 6 year old flying with us.

I’m not gonna lie – airline food isn’t always top-notch. But Finnair surprised me with their in-flight meals. Even in economy, the food was truly delectable! They catered to our dietary restrictions and I was honestly surprised that I actually enjoyed the food. That rarely happens! Plus, the variety of beverages they offered? Perfect options for everyone!

Let’s face it – staying connected in the air is a must these days. Finnair had us covered with Wi-Fi available for purchase, and it worked like a charm. Plus, can we talk about their on-time performance? Flights were punctual, and I love an airline that respects my schedule. With flight delays becoming more and more common, I was beyond impressed that every one of our 4 flights were on-time!

Helsinki and Copenhagen airports were a breeze for our transfers. No stress, no fuss – just smooth sailing. If you haven’t been to either of these airpots, you would not believe the difference between them and the US airport experience. I have never felt so calm in an airport!

If you’re looking for that extra touch of luxury during layovers, I highly recommend splurging on the Finnair lounge in Helsinki. Trust me, it’s totally worth it! Delicious food, comfortable seating, and cozy vibes – a perfect escape during a long layover.

Well, there you have it! My first thrilling adventure with Finnair from LAX & back was beyond expectations. From the state-of-the-art aircraft to the impeccable service and fantastic in-flight entertainment, Finnair has definitely secured a spot on my travel radar. Whether you’re jet-setting for business or pleasure, Finnair promises a glamorous and unforgettable journey. So, if you were like me and scouring the internet for Finnair reviews, I hope this was helpful. Now, buckle up and let the adventure begin!

Safe travels! 🛫✈️👜🌍
