It’s officially sweater weather, and I couldn’t be more excited! There’s nothing like bundling up in a cozy knit to welcome the new season. From cardigans to striped sweaters, chunky knits and western inspired patters, I’ve been loving all the new arrivals lately. I’m especially into the sweater vest trend – it’s perfect for transitioning into colder temps. It’s finally starting to feel like fall here in Cali, so I’m excited to be able to wear all those sweaters that have been collecting dust in my closet. I’m also looking forward to adding a few new pieces to my wardrobe like this houndstooth blazer and these suede ankle booties. If you love fall fashion as much as I do, then you’re going to love today’s roundup. These fall finds are all under $100 so no matter what your budget is, there’s soomething here for everyone.

I love wearing blouses year-round. They’re perfect for date nights or casual weekend outings with the family. I love this brown floral one for fall – dress it up with a pair of leather pants or down with some jeans and sneakers. Trousers have certainly been trending lately, and this Abercrombie pair is $90 and comes in tons of colors. For accessories, I absolutely love this $60 shoulder bag from Mango as well as this western belt – who else is loving the western trend lately? Anyway, I’m sharing more affordable fall finds down below…

1024 576 Sheridan Gregory

We’re more than halfway through September so is it too early to start decorating for Halloween? If you’re like me and can’t resist a good spooky find, then you’ll appreciate today’s roundup. While I love Halloween, I like to keep my decor chic but still festive (if you know what I mean). I’m seeing the shelves stocked with some really good Halloween decor right now, so I wanted to share a few things I’m loving. From life-size skeletons to spiderwebs and pumpkins, it’s safe to say our household is more than ready for October 31st.

If you’re a Harry Potter fan, then you need to get in on these floating flameless candles. Hang a few witch hats from your ceiling and you’ll be transported to Hogwarts! Oh, and don’t forget some extra large spiders – this one is over four feet and just $10! These bats are super affordable as well and are perfect for a mantle, staircase or wall. Best Dressed Guest

1024 576 Sheridan Gregory

Wedding season is in full force! If you have a wedding or special event coming up, then you’re in luck because I’m rounding up some of my favorite dresses. Whether it’s a casual outdoor wedding or a more formal one, I’ve got something for any occasion. I know how hard it can be to find the perfect dress for a fancier event, and these are sure to make you the best dressed guest!

If you’re looking to stand out, this neon dress will certainly turn heads. I think the color is so fun and perfect for a summer wedding. If you’re more into the classics, you can’t go wrong with a satin one like this, or a pretty floral one like this. For a black-tie event or formal wedding, I’d opt for a simple but elegant dress like this one – I love the one shoulder and it would be flattering on any body type. Sandals Under $100

1024 576 Sheridan Gregory

Sandal season is in full force, but to be honest, I wear them year-round here in California. That being said, my closet is full of sandals. From slip-ons to strappy pairs and an occasional heel, sandals are by far some of my most-worn shoes. So, I wanted to round up some of my favorite pairs. Most of my faves are super affordable, so all the pairs I’m sharing today are under $100.

When it comes to everyday, easy to wear sandals, I love my Tkees. They’re so comfortable, come in tons of neutral colors, and go with everything. You also can’t go wrong with a pair like this – these ones are under $20. When I want a dressier sandal, I’ll opt for a pair like these Jeffrey Campbell ones. Or, this pair has a tiny wedge so they’re not only chic, but comfortable as well. I love the pearl detail on these Dolce Vita sandals, and this gold heel would be perfect for a special occasion. Check out the rest of the sandals I’m loving down below.
